Manila, March 9 -- Three weather systems will bring rains over parts of the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Sunday.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the weather bureau said the Bicol Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, mainland Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, Rizal, Laguna, and Quezon will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the shear line.

Davao Region, Zamboanga Peninsula, Soccsksargen, Basilan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, and Palawan, meanwhile, will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by easterlies.
