MANILA, Feb. 13 -- The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Tuesday said several areas in the country would continue to experience rain showers due to three weather systems.

In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, PAGASA said Eastern Visayas, Bicol Region, Aklan, Capiz, Marinduque, Romblon, Oriental Mindoro, and Quezon are forecast to experience scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by the shear line and the easterlies.

Moderate to heavy rains in those areas could result in flash floods or landslides.

The northeast monsoon will continue to bring light rains over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora, and isolated light rains over the rest of Luzon.
