Manila, Feb. 23 -- The shear line, the northeast monsoon, and the easterlies will continue to bring cloudy skies and rains in most parts of the country, according to the weather bureau on Sunday.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the northeast monsoon or "amihan" will bring cloudy skies with rains over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon.
