DUMAGUETE CITY, Oct. 9 -- The Department of Social Welfare and Development in Central Visayas (DSWD-7) plans to deliver 225,000 Family Food Packs (FFPs) to earthquake victims in Cebu by the weekend as part of its second wave of relief distribution.

DSWD-7 information officer Leah Tagalo Quintana said during a press briefing Thursday that as of Wednesday, they had already distributed 28,250 FFPs in the second wave, which began a day before.

"We hope to complete the distribution by this coming weekend as instructed by Secretary Rex Gatchalian," she said.
