Manila, April 1 -- Two weather systems will bring isolated rains in several parts of the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Tuesday.
In its 4 a.m. advisory, the weather bureau said Batanes province including Babuyan Islands will experience cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeasterly windflow, a cool and dry wind that blows towards Southeast Asia.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by the easterlies.
PAGASA said no gale warning has been raised, but moderate to rough seas will prevail over northern Luzon due to moderate to strong northeast winds.
