Manila, Oct. 2 -- The two ranking officials of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) took the moral high ground when they opted to quit their posts in wake of the alleged maltreatment death of Cadet Fourth Class Darwin Dormitorio last September, the country's military chief said Tuesday.
