Manila, June 20 -- Two Filipino seafarers who were held hostage by suspected pirates in Port-au-Prince Anchorage in Haiti in early April this year are now back in the Philippines following their safe release.
The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), in a news release Friday, said the two were among the crew members of the MV Century Royal, which was raided in early April.
"The President was very glad to hear of your safe release. His words were, 'Very good.'
