Manila, Jan. 12 -- A total of 109 police officers passed the 2025 Bar Examinations, the results of which were released last week.

"This is a proud moment for the entire PNP," acting Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Lt. Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. said in a statement on Monday.

"Passing the Bar is no small feat - it requires years of sacrifice, focus, and determination. That our police officers achieved this while serving the public makes it even more meaningful."

Nartatez said the officers' success reflects the PNP's continuing reform and professionalization efforts, particularly in upholding due process, human rights and justice.
