MANILA, July 19 -- Ten road sections across Manila, Valenzuela, and Malabon were reported to be experiencing light to moderate flooding on Saturday due to the effects of the southwest monsoon, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) - National Capital Region (NCR) said in an advisory.
According to the DPWH-NCR's 2 p.m. situational report, all affected roads remain passable to all types of vehicles despite flood depths ranging from 5 cm. to 10 cm.
In Manila, the flooded roads include parts of Roxas Boulevard (southbound near Pedro Gil Street), Taft Avenue (northbound near Pedro Gil and UN Avenue), and TM Kalaw Avenue (westbound).
