MANILA, Nov. 28 -- A total of 58 Filipinos residing in the razed Tai Po high-rise residential buildings in Hong Kong are confirmed safe and accounted for, the Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong said on Friday.

In its latest update, the foreign service post said one domestic worker is still missing and while another is confined in a hospital.

The consulate is also verifying the status and whereabouts of 91 Filipinos registered at the Wang Fuk Court, saying some "may have changed employers, moved to a different area or even returned to the Philippines prior to the fire incident."
