1 kilo of suspected shabu found in abandoned car in Bulacan

CITY OF MALOLOS, March 21 -- Police discovered a kilo of suspected shabu in an abandoned car in Bustos town, this province Thursday morning.

Col. Chito Bersaluna, Bulacan police director, said the suspected illegal drug was found inside a black Daewoo car with license plate XKP 622 which was parked and left unattended around 9:30 a.m along the Bypass Road in Barangay Camachilihan of said town.

Maj. Ronnie Pascua, Bustos police chief, in his report to Bersaluna, said the abandoned car was reported to the police by a concerned citizen and upon checking, the car's back door was found unlocked and inside was a light green plastic container with Chinese markings and containing more or less one kilo of white crytalline substance.
