Manila, June 29 -- The southwest monsoon or "habagat" will continue to bring rains over most parts of the country, the weather bureau said on Sunday.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Metro Manila, the Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, the Bangsamoro region, Soccsksargen, Pangasinan, Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, Occidental Mindoro, and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the habagat.
