Manila, July 17 -- Tropical Depression (TD) Crising will continue to bring heavy rains Thursday, placing several areas in northern Luzon under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 1.

In its tropical cyclone bulletin issued at 5 a.m., Crising packs maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 70 kph.

As of 4 a.m., the TD was traced 535 km. east of Juban, Sorsogon, moving west-northwest at 15 kph.
