Manila, July 18 -- Tropical Storm Crising maintained its strength while passing close to Santa Ana, Cagayan, the weather bureau said Friday.
In its 8 p.m. advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the center of the storm was estimated at 100 km. northeast of Aparri, Cagayan.
Crising is moving north-northwestward at 20 kph with maximum sustained winds of 75 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kph.
