MANILA, July 19 -- Tropical Storm Crising maintained its strength while moving away from extreme Northern Luzon, the weather bureau said Saturday.
In its 5 a.m. advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the center of the storm was estimated at 125 km. west-northwest of Calayan, Cagayan.
Crising is moving north-northwestward at 25 kph with maximum sustained winds of 85 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 105 kph.
