Mumbai, Feb. 17 -- Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna starrer 'Chhaava', directed by Laxman Utekar, has done great business at the box office. The film got a great opening on 14 February and then saw a steady increase in its collection in the next two days. The film's earnings at the Indian box office have already crossed the 100 crore mark in the first weekend and the film is close to recovering its budget.

The film opened with a great opening collection of 33.1 crore on Friday 14 February. On Saturday, the film's collection increased by 19.35% and 'Chhaava' earned 39.3 crore. But history was made on Sunday when the film grossed 121.43 crores. The Sunday collection saw a jump of 30% and the film grossed 49.03 crores.
