Mumbai, Aug. 2 -- Sonam Bajwa's punjabi film Godday Godday Cha, centered and led by her as the lead protagonist has won the national award for best punjabi language film.

She has been a trailblazer in both commercial cinema and also in films with strong female lead characters and "winning the national award for best punjabi film for our film Godday Godday Cha is a truly humbling and great feeling!
