Mumbai, March 24 -- A few days ago, veteran filmmaker Shekhar Kapoor accused the OTT platform Prime Video of making changes in his popular film 'Bandit Queen' without his permission. Shekhar Kapoor also said that due to these changes, his film is now out of its identity. Subsequently, Prime Video has clarified its position on these allegations and said that the director's allegations have been misunderstood.

A spokesperson of Prime Video said in his explanation, "There has been no change in the version of the film 'Bandit Queen' available on Prime Video. The film's presentation has been ensured by the film's distributor NH studio."
