Mumbai, April 12 -- Actor Rana Daggubati recently saw Akshay Kumar's upcoming film 'Kesari Chapter 2' and expressed his excitement about the film in words. He not only called the story of the film 'powerful and necessary', but also called its cinematic presentation a 'cinematic gem'. Rana was so impressed that he has now decided to buy the Telugu rights of the film through Suresh Productions.
