Mumbai, April 11 -- The South Cyber Branch of Mumbai Police has got an important success in the online piracy case of the film 'Chhaava'. In this case, the police have arrested a 26-year-old youth from Daund taluka of Pune district, who was illegally uploading the film on the Internet.

This film starring Vicky Kaushal was released on 14 February 2025 and soon after its release, its pirated versions started going viral on the Internet. The producers suffered huge financial losses due to this illegal broadcast. Rajat Rahul Haksar, CEO of Agastya Entertainment Company, had lodged a complaint with the cyber police in this regard.
