Mumbai, March 29 -- The case of Disha Salian's death is once again in the headlines. Disha's father Satish Salian's lawyer Nilesh C. Ojha has said that Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aditya Thackeray has not got any clean chit from the CBI in this case. He claimed that Disha's death is a case of murder and gang rape, the investigation of which is still going on. He said this in a conversation with a news agency.

Disha Salian died on 8 June 2020, and six days later actor Sushant Singh Rajput also died. Disha was Sushant's former manager and both these cases created a stir across the country.
