Mumbai, Feb. 25 -- Alia Bhatt has recently rented an apartment in the Pali Hill area of Mumbai for her production company 'Eternal Sunshine Productions'. The rent of this apartment is Rs 9 lakh per month, and this rent will increase by 5 percent every year. This apartment is on the sixth floor of Vastu Building in Bandra. The lease of this apartment was done on 21 February 2025.

Alia Bhatt has rented this apartment for 48 months and for this she has also made a security deposit of Rs 36 lakh. Apart from this, Alia bought a luxurious apartment in April 2023, which was worth Rs 37.80 crore, and for this she paid stamp duty of Rs 2.26 crore.
