Mumbai, June 3 -- After Deepika Padukone's exit from Sandeep Reddy Vanga's film 'Spirit', a new debate has started in the film industry regarding working hours. It is being said that one of the major reasons for Deepika leaving the film was her demand for an 8-hour shift, which was rejected by the producers. Now many big artists of the film industry are giving their opinion on this issue.

Bigwigs like Ajay Devgan and Mani Ratnam have already given statements in support of the 8-hour shift. Now Pankaj Tripathi has also put forth his point on this issue and has talked about setting limited working hours.
