India, Nov. 28 -- Apple partner Foxconn is offering bonuses of $1,800 to current workers at its Zhengzhou facility. The company feels it'll give assurance to the workers to stay put in order to run the world's largest iPhone plant.

Foxconn, also known as Hon Hai Precision IndustryCo., will top up wages by as much as,000 yuan per month in December and January for full-time workers who joined at the start of November or earlier, as per the Company statement.

Last week, Foxconn offered similar bonuses for workers concluding to leave its lot, largely to steer out new arrivals who'd participated in violent protests against contagion lockdowns, reported Bloomberg.
