India, Oct. 21 -- The Madras High Court recently directed the Tamil Nadu government to ensure that Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras should be installed at all check-points at district and state borders to check the transport of illegally mined minerals. A few years back, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had also declared that hundreds of CCTV cameras would be installed across the national capital in bid to minimize incidents of crime.
