History will judge this Climate Action Summit whether countries submit plans next year to increase their Paris targets and to reach net zero by 2050, says Marshall Islands President Hilda Heine.

Speaking at the Summit in New York, President Heine said her nation has already submitted a second and more ambitious Nationally Determined Contribution (NDCs) as well as decarbonising strategy to reach a net zero emission by 2050.
