United States, Oct. 2 -- When the first smallest nation ever to secure a seat at the United Nations Security Council, Saint Vincent and Grenadines, takes it seat in January next year, its Permanent Representative to the United Nations will be wearing a specially woven pandanus tie made by the women of Kiribati.

Ambassador Inga Rhonda King has ordered seven pandanus neckties with the word 'Peace' woven vertically on the ties for her delegation to the UN Security Council meeting.
