Fiji, Dec. 1 -- Fiji's Fisheries Minister Semi Koroilavesau will lead the Fijian delegation to Papua New Guinea this week to attend the Western and Central Fisheries Commission.

Among the priority areas is the Conservation Management Measures for South Pacific Albacore with Fiji chairing the working group on this critical initiative.

Koroilavesau stresses that finalising bilateral agreements to ensure the supply of Tuna for Fiji from several Pacific Island Countries will be top of the agenda.

"And I think PNG, Solomons, and Vanuatu would be ready to discuss the details of it, but we have been working with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for over the last year in trying to achieve this."
