Kiribati Vice President Dr Teuea Toatu says children should form part of our national response to climate change.
He said there is interlinkages between the region priorities on climate change and Early Childhood Development (ECD) - because they are very much connected.
"The challenges we face in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our children will only be amplified by the impact of the climate crisis - requiring all of us to take urgent action now to ensure we secure the future of our Blue Pacific for our children.
