A routine visit to the doctor turned into tragedy for Rajesh Behera of Kharoda village in Badamba. Suffering from fever, Rajesh had visited the Badamba CHC, where the attending doctor prescribed an injection as part of the treatment.
According to the family, moments after a nurse administered the injection, Rajesh's condition deteriorated rapidly. Despite efforts, he succumbed, prompting allegations of medical negligence.
