Bhubaneswar, Nov. 23 -- A woman and her two young daughters are battling for their lives after allegedly consuming poison at Kateliguda in Malkangiri district on Sunday. All three have been admitted to the Malkangiri District Headquarters Hospital, where their condition is stated to be critical.

According to local sources, the family had been under severe emotional distress following the death of the woman's husband a week ago.
