Bhubaneswar, Dec. 23 -- Cold conditions acrossOdishasare set to intensify from December 25, with no respite from winter chill expected for the next seven day, theIndia Meteorological Department (IMD) said on Monday.

According to the IMD, the departure of a western disturbance is likely to pave the way for dry and cold north-westerly winds, which will further strengthen winter conditions across the state. While no sharp fall in minimum temperatures is anticipated immediately, cold nights are expected to continue across most regions.
