The water level in Odisha's Subarnarekha river is rising due to heavy rainfall in neighbouring Jharkhand. Water released from the Galudih barrage has entered the river system, causing a steady increase in water levels. However, officials from the Water Resources Department have confirmed that there is currently no immediate threat of flooding.
