Bhubaneswar, Dec. 3 -- Alleging that the Odisha Assembly House has become impure following entry of Minister Dibya Shankar Mishra, the legislators of the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) on Friday carried out a 'purification' ritual inside the premises. The MLAs sprinkled Gangajal and cow-dung water on the premises and were also seen sweeping the roads with broom.

Very similar to the first two days, Speaker SN Patro adjourned proceedings till 4pm after the Opposition created ruckus in the House over lady teacher Mamita Meher case. The legislators demanded CBI probe into the case and dismissal of Minister Dibya Shankar for conduct of an impartial probe.
