Bhubaneswar, Jan. 24 -- Who is this man? And why is he throwing away cash? Below the flyover, there was mad rush of people to collect cash. The cash-throw led to traffic jam on KR market flyover for several mins. FIR was registered by Bengaluru Police in this connection. Accused was taken into custody, enquiry is underway.
