Bhubaneswar, Jan. 23 -- Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan arrived in Odisha on Thursday and proceeded directly to Cuttack after landing at the Bhubaneswar airport, reaching the state capital around 25 minutes ahead of the scheduled time.
He was received at the airport by Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, Chief Secretary Anu Garg, and other senior officials. The Vice President was accorded a Guard of Honour on arrival.
From the airport, the Vice President travelled to Cuttack as part of his official visit to attend programmes marking the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, observed as Parakram Diwas.
