Bhubaneswar, Jan. 21 -- The newly introduced Vande Bharat Sleeper train connecting Kamakhya and Howrah has received an enthusiastic response from passengers, with all tickets for its first day of commercial operations getting booked within hours of the reservation window opening.

According to officials, the ticket booking for the Vande Bharat Sleeper (Train No. 27576) opened on January 19 at 8 am through the Passenger Reservation System (PRS) and other authorised platforms. Within less than 24 hours, tickets across all classes were completely sold out, highlighting the strong public demand for the premium semi-high-speed service.
