Bhubaneswar, June 11 -- With the announced lockdown in Odisha coming to an end on June 17th, all eyes are now on State government's decision on reopening. During a review meeting recently, CM Naveen Patnaik instructed officials to prepare the blueprint of unlocking in the state.

As per sources, a risk-based assessment is being carried out to facilitate reopening. Sources informed that the whole state has been divided into Green, Orange & Red zones based on the weekly positivity rate. Districts with positivity rate below 5% fall in green zone, while districts with positivity rate between 5% & 10% are orange zone districts.
