Surprising as it may sound and look, this drama unfolded on the streets of Bhubaneswar. An imposter posing as an army officer was using a fake registration number plate to move around the capital city during lockdown.

But luck ran out for him after the actual holder of the registration number tracked him down. The accused identified as Ratikant Satpathy, used to move in an SUV with an 'Army' sticker on it and a fake registration number.
