Bhubaneswar, Sept. 13 -- Extremely heavy downpour which has been battering Odisha since Sunday has triggered water logging, traffic snarls and other rain-related miseries in several parts of the State, including the Twin Cities of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar.

Several houses have suffered extensive damage while trees and electric poles have been uprooted as the showers, accompanied by strong winds, played havoc in the State.
