India, Jan. 28 -- Odisha holds a special place in the heart of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This is proved from the fact that the PM has so far visited 30 times to the state as Prime Minister, much more than any other Prime Minister ever visited to the state.

In his address, the Prime Minister showered praises on 'Odisha which has a lot of potential in various sectors that can boost the Viksit Bharat vision'.

According to PM Modi, no industry can grow without adopting new technology. Hence, research and innovation is important. The government is creating a vibrant ecosystem and allocated funds with announcements of a new package, he said.
