Bhubaneswar, Oct. 9 -- In what initially appeared to be a tragic road accident in Titilagarh of Bolangir district has now unravelled into a chilling tale of conspiracy and premeditated murder.

The death of local hotelier and businessman Shiblal Jain on September 28, believed at first to be accidental, is now being probed as a carefully planned homicide, following the arrest of another businessman, Ankur Agrawal.

According to reports, on the night of September 28, around 10 pm, a white SUV without a registration number rammed into Jain's scooter near the busy BDCC Bank Chhak area in Titilagarh town, critically injuring Jain in the collision.
