Bhubaneswar, April 29 -- Three engineers have been suspended for their alleged involvement in the Rs 3.21 crore scam in the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act ( MGNREGA) at Jashipur block of Mayurbhanj district.
