Union Minister for Electronics and Information Technology, Ashwini Vaishnaw, presented as many as three semiconductor chips made in Odisha to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday.

The chips, developed using indigenous knowledge and expertise, were presented to PM Modi at Semicon India 2025 held in New Delhi. Of the three chips, two were developed at NIT Rourkela, while one was developed at Parala Maharaja Engineering College.
