Bhubaneswar, Nov. 11 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday vowed that those behind the deadly car blast near Delhi's Red Fort would be brought to justice. Speaking from Bhutan, where he arrived for a two-day visit, PM Modi said the government is taking the attack "very seriously."

"Today, I come here with a very heavy heart," he said. "The horrific incident in Delhi has deeply saddened everyone. I understand the grief of the affected families. Our agencies will get to the bottom of this conspiracy. The conspirators will not be spared."

The Prime Minister confirmed he had been in touch with all investigating agencies through the night, assuring that every effort is being made to identify and punish those responsible.
