India, March 4 -- Tension erupted at Utkal University in Bhubaneswar on Tuesday as a student protest took place against the Jai Bhim Student Organisation.

As per reports, the protest, primarily led by members of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), the Student Congress, and other students affiliated with Vani Vihar, escalated significantly, prompting the deployment of police forces.

Escalating Unrest Following an event hosted by the Jai Bhim Organisation, a disagreement reportedly broke out between some of their members and other students, leading to heightened tension on the university campus.
