Tehsildar, Healthcare Workers 'Misbehaved' By COVID-19 Infected Family In Odisha
Bhubaneswar, Aug. 9 -- Puri: A team of healthcare workers including Brahmagiri Tehsildar was allegedly misbehaved when they had gone to Kahalapada village to shift eight members of a family to COVID hospital after all of them tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
According to sources, one of the members of the family had died due to COVID-19 last week. Later, after test, rest of the family members also found positive for the virus.
On being asked to shift to a COVID hospital, the family members reportedly denied and misbehaved with the health workers and the Tehsildar.
The team later returned from the spot and filed a complaint in this regard at Brahmagiri police station.
