Public Works Minister Prithiviraj Harichandan has set an November-end deadline for the completion of the Sundarpada-Jatni road project, a key connectivity initiative in the state capital region.
The announcement came on Friday during his on-site review of the 13.5-kilometre stretch, where he held discussions with senior departmental officials, the chief engineer, contractors, and local stakeholders to accelerate progress, as reported by The Times of India.
The reports added that the project involves converting the existing road into a four-lane corridor to improve traffic flow and ease pressure on surrounding routes.
