India, Jan. 31 -- The temperature in Odisha is expected to rise from the first week of February, marking the beginning of summer. According to the Regional Meteorological Department, Bhubaneswar, in the next few days, the temperature in the state may increase by 5 degrees Celsius.

Currently, the night and daytime minimum temperatures are 3-4 degrees higher than normal.

The Meteorological department has also predicted a further rise in temperature over the next five days.
