India, Jan. 31 -- Odisha has launched a new initiative to empower women through skill training, thanks to a collaboration between the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sambalpur and the World Skill Centre. This programme aims to boost self-reliance among women and bolster the rural economy, a partnership signed during the 'Subhadra Ru Mudra' session at the Utkarsh Odisha-Make in Odisha conclave.
The formalisation of the partnership witnessed the presence of Odisha's Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida.
